Tile - Laminate - Vinyl - Composite - LVT/LVP
Synthetic hard surface is nothing new. What is new is how well these floors mimic natural wood, stone, and ceramic. There is a trend in the flooring industry pushing for more and more synthetic or recycled products to help reduce waste and the need for natural resources. Manufacturers are meeting this demand with truly exceptional products.
Our customers are always surprised for us to tell them that the Old English Oak sample they happen to be looking at is actually vinyl. You no longer have to let areas that are prone to wetness or elevated levels of humidity stop you from having the walnut look you've been after with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP).
If tile is the look you're after but don't like how cold and hard ceramic or stone feels under your bare feet, then Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is for you. From travertine to slate, there are many styles that will challenge any onlooker to spot the impostor. We use acrylic grout that doesn't require sealing with LVT, but if you prefer an un-grouted look the choice is yours.
LVT and LVP are also great for commercial applications. Our projects with managed healthcare facilities and private schools have proven that these floors can take a beating and even include features like silver and zinc to offer anti-bacterial properties.
Want to relive the classic look of grandma's linoleum, or spruce up your kitchen with a tile look for a fraction of the cost? Then vinyl sheet/roll goods are just for you. These floors are still around and better than ever.
