Product and service descriptions
We describe our products and services as accurately as we can. Photography of installations shows real customer projects, not stock imagery. Pricing estimates in FAQs are ranges, not firm quotes; firm pricing for any project requires an in-home measure. We reserve the right to correct errors, pricing, or descriptions at any time.
Estimates and contracts
Estimates we provide in the showroom or following an in-home measure are good for 30 days unless we specify otherwise. The written estimate, not this website, is the governing document for any project we take on.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on flooring products are provided by the manufacturer, not by Carpet & Vacuum Expo. We honor installation issues that are our responsibility for the warranty period in your contract (typically one to two years on installation labor, separate from product warranties). Miele vacuum warranties are provided by Miele.

Limitation of liability
