North Bethesda runs in two directions. Along Rockville Pike, the Pike District and Pike & Rose have added hundreds of new mid- and high-rise condos and apartments since 2014, with more towers at Grosvenor Park near the North Bethesda Metro. On upper floors, LVP, laminate, and engineered hardwood are the practical picks, and many buildings carry HOA sound-underlayment rules we install to.
Away from the Pike, Luxmanor, Randolph Hills, and Garrett Park Estates are midcentury ramblers and split-levels. Many have original oak under the carpet that is a candidate for refinishing, and split-levels mix on-grade lower levels, where waterproof LVP belongs, with raised living areas that take hardwood. This resale market tends to favor new hardwood, refinishing, and stair runners.
The Potomac showroom at 7715 Tuckerman Lane, in Cabin John Village, is the closest of our two showrooms for North Bethesda, and it carries every line we install. We come to your condo or your single-family home to measure, check the subfloor, and confirm any building underlayment rules before we finish the floor.
