Mike Zanville, one of the owners, is on the Olney floor most days. If you buy carpet from us on a Tuesday afternoon, he probably rang you up. Rob Zanville handles estimates and keeps the Monday morning email moving.
Nick Buck covers LVP and laminate. JP Meyer has been with the company long enough to know most of our repeat customers by name. Walk in and ask for any of them.

We are at 18167 Village Center Drive in Olney, at the east end of the Village Center strip. Parking is free in the shared lot; park anywhere and walk over. It is a short drive from Brookeville, Sandy Spring, Aspen Hill, and the rest of the upper county.
Olney is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Holiday hours can vary, so call (301) 924-7331 if you are planning a holiday visit.
No. Walk in any day during business hours and someone on the floor will help you. If you want a specific person, or a longer sit-down to plan a whole-home project, call (301) 924-7331 ahead and we will set aside the time.
Bring a photo of the room and a rough measurement; that alone gets you a useful ballpark in fifteen minutes. A paint chip, a piece of trim, or a fabric swatch helps us match tones. For a firm price, we will schedule a free in-home measure.

Yes. Olney is an authorized Miele dealer and service center. We sell current Miele models and run bench diagnostics, usually with a fifteen-minute first look. Bring the machine and any attachments in during showroom hours.
